The upcoming 30 day Challenge begins on September 19th. There is still time to join. Get ready for the ride of your life. ReplyDeleteIf you haven't taken your before pictures don't forget! :) You may want to take a picture in something that may fit tight, right now :) or perhaps a pair of shorts and a sports bra. These before and after pictures are going to be amazing! :)

ReplyDeleteThe Ionix Supreme reads 1-2 ounces...If you want it to last the FULL 30-Days you will need to take 1-ounce a day. Otherwise, you will not have enough for the FULL 30-Days.
Anything you received as a powder, perhaps the Ionix Supreme, Want More Energy, later - at the end of the week - the Cleanse...You should mix with some room temperature water first so it will dissolve properly and then add cold water/ice.

ReplyDeleteBe sure to drink PLENTY of water! A rule of thumb is to calculate your daily requirement of water in ounces by cutting your body weight in half. A person who is 140 pounds should drink 70 ounces of water, while a 200-pound person should drink 100 ounces.
Keep a water bottle with you at all times and drink from it throughout the day :)

I am in day 3 and feeling great. I've been working out and following the plan. I also signed up for the IsaBody Challenge today!

You can sign up as an individual or as part of a group (2-6 people) :) If you think you are interested just go to the Isagenix website and at the top you will see the heading "People" - Under "People" you will see "IsaBody Challenge" - click on this. Another screen will pop up with all the information on how to participate in the Challenge!

Kelly, I hope this information helps about the shakes - You should drink the shakes within 10 minutes ...This is VERY important as Enzymes are activated to help maximize absorption of key nutrients once it is mixed. These added enzymes break down the carbohydrates, proteins and fats for maximum absorption of key nutrients.
In making the Shake it can be made to your liking...For example, if it's too thick (like a milkshake) when using the blender add more water...You can also choose not to use the blender and make it by shaking the IsaLean Shake with room temperature water and then adding ice...
When it comes to the Isagenix Products in the 30-Day they all work synergistically. So for the products to work the way they were meant to it's VITAL to use ALL the products in the 30-Day System as intended:)This also helps with seeing results faster!

ReplyDeleteIt's day 4 and I just couldn't wait to see if I was getting any results, so I cheated and weighed myself. According to my scale, I am down 9 pounds. I cant wait for the cleanse day!!!!
I have been working out with Michelle in the morning, and now I am going to a cycle class in the evening at LA Fitness.
I love the program, its easy to follow. I prepare 3 meals in advance for lunch (Chicken, Broccoli, Cauliflower and brown rice)and a delicious salad. Its delicious and satisfying. Next week chicken, Sweet Potato and zuccini and squash.
I also signed up for the challange. I am going to be the 2012 winner!!!! Just sayin.....

ReplyDeleteLet's Prepare For Tomorrow - First Cleanse Day
First of all, you will drink 4 oz. 4 times tomorrow 4 hours apart.
Remember if you are using the powder you will follow the directions on the back for Deep Cleansing...You will mix 2 level scoops with room temperature water to dissolve properly then you can add ice. If you would rather drink it as a warm tea you may do so.
You can premix your cleanse ahead of time, for the day, if you find this will be easier for you.
Also, it is VERY IMPORTANT to eat the Snack Wafers too!Do NOT skip taking these. These will help reduce sensations of hunger, fat cravings and food intake (6-8 for the day).
Drink plenty of water throughout the day!!! Be sure to drink at least 8 ounces right after you drink your 4 ounces of Cleanse each time.
Being prepared with appropriate snacks and being in the right mindset is VERY important!
Be sure to have snacks in the house, such as organic apples, celery and unsalted almonds. Those of you who ordered the IsaDelight Plus, tomorrow will be a GREAT day to have these (no more than 4 for the day). Also, you can use your Want More Energy (one packet is for 16 ounces of water - a water bottle)
If you plan to exercise do something light nothing too strenuous. Try to relax and allow your body to be fully engaged in cleansing. As always, follow the plan as closely as you can to get the best results.
You can do this! Your body is going to thank you :)You are going to feel revitalized and re-energized!!
Good morning Isa challengers. It's a new day and you are officially one week down! I am so excited for you as I am hearing great things since completing your first cleanse day. Tonight is our week one weigh-in for those of you interested in seeing where you are. It is not necessary to do so unless you would like to. For some it helps to keep you on track knowing that the weigh-in is pending. We will not have another until completion of week 4, however you can check in on your own at home. I would love to hear how you are doing. I am available should you need anything at all. Have an amazing and powerful day!
